Breve Interludio de tristeza

Elber Gazzinari

Brief Interludio of sadness

Just wide-awake. I watch my around and only which I see are the bodies of Al and Friday.
The amazons retired as quickly as they appeared. We cannot be complained.
They were several wild holidays in the Palladium Hotel of Ibiza here. The only thing that took: the towels and the samples of perfumito.
Really this it is the first day that I am more or less conscious after a continuity of poisonings with alcohol and drugs.
It sounds a cellular one. I look for it. It is under a bed. The Urgent one is a text message ", read the edition online of Villa Columbus Today the Bad News "Average Stuned I ignite the parato and I go a: WWW.VILLACOLONHOY.COM.UY
Which I read shockea. A great one died, a friend. A great one forgotten the Uruguayan culture: Elber Gazzinari Poet and payador villain (been born in Villa Columbus). Initially guided by musas it published several essential titles like: The Parral of My Mother (1951), the Bananas (1955), and the one that is in my opinion maximum his opus, LAKE LAGORDA (1959). All its production was ignored by the critic, and most of the published units they are possible to be found as an older person to ridiculous prices in the bookstores. The majority without opening. When seeing that he did not receive the deserved recognition, and from an advice of A, Prado Cardozo dedicated itself to the race of Payador under the pseudonym of Uriel Da Souza. That Border touch made him gain followers and obtained a brief and successful race appearing in several fonoplateas and the tamings. Also the voice of the Air maintained by 5 years a program of payadores in radio (CX 24). But the times changed, and now what mattered it was "the Urgent song". Fué losing warning, soon lost the program, and as well their presentations were done more spaced and in worse places. Its thematic, authentically country one, without political dyes no longer interested. At their times of height, their bonhomía and human quality so did it appreciated in the circles of the tycoons, as well as in ours, of the modest bar the Naranjos. From that time it always kept a underpants autografiado by Gina Lollobrigida, being thankful to him by the best night of his life. Fué the only thing that did not pawn. Until without guitar it remained. Tvo a small Renaissance between years 1976 and 1984, but was limited sporadic appearances in a program of Teresita Minetti in Channel 5. It tried to work as actor in the Theater of Walter I gave Levy in the same channel, but could not. The art had left it. It was united to a Creole circus by two or three years and in the end it decided to put itself to work. 15 years ago he was night watchman of a factory of galletitas. The factory had closed seven years ago, but they maintained the guard. The death surprised it returning from the work in 306 course the full Hill until the top. Apparently it was with hipo. In a shutdown an inspector applied the magical monedita, and exclaimed the well-known spell back "running itself that there is place". The human herd ran itself, and Elber found its aim hipando and compressed between a matera and a table of drawing. Since there were place no to fall, it traveled dead until raleó the passage and fell to the floor. When they arrived at the police station only it had left their championes Gamo, and the autografiados underpants, that with time had turned of the target to the gray. I am sure that before dying it said something. Something important, worthy to be remembered by the coming generations. Lamentably, if thus fué, nobody listened to it. Good bye friend. You were yourself in silence. We will remember to you noisily

Amazonas, caiga quien caiga. Y otra vez, de pie.

Ambar,
En fin, used verá.
